Niko Access Control - Digital - After upgrading my software to the latest release, I no longer receive visitor's video calls on my mobile phone. What should I do?

  1. Restart your Telenet or Proximus router by powering it off and then on again. Wait for about 5 to 10 minutes for your home internet to start working properly.

  2. Locate the 2-wire IP system controller, which is usually found in the electricity cabinet. Look for a small reset button, often located at the bottom left. Press the reset button and the system will reboot. This process may take up to 3 minutes. After the reboot, your system should be up and running correctly again.

These steps should help resolve any issues related to receiving visitor's video calls on your mobile phone after the software upgrade.
