Casambi®, Xicato®, Sylsmart®, AQSmart® and many other brands offer technology solutions for smart lighting. Smart luminaires and lamps are wirelessly connected to each other via a Bluetooth® Low Energy mesh architecture, and without a gateway.
Controlling those smart lighting systems is typically done via a smartphone app. With the wireless battery-free Bluetooth® dimmer switch from Niko (360-21001) you can control smart lighting systems with a physical switch, without breaking walls and without batteries. Being a wireless solution, this dimmer switch can be installed within the RF range of a Bluetooth® receiver.
