No, Niko Hydro is not compatible with standard flush-mounting boxes.
The system only works with its own flush-mounting and surface-mounted boxes, as they are specially designed to guarantee a degree of protection corresponding to IP55. For a safe and correct installation, always use the official Hydro components.
