The Niko dimmer switch for the Hue system communicates wirelessly (via the Zigbee® protocol) with the Philips Hue bridge V2. You can program eight different functions with a single Niko dimmer switch. These may be individual lamps, but it is also possible to dim a lamp, for example, or activate a scene in which different lamps are switched on.
