After all, you can finish the switches and sockets using any colour, texture or wallpaper, so that they discreetly merge into the wall or the item of furniture concerned.

“When designing the Niko Invisible collection, our starting point was the concept of ‘uninterrupted design’. The idea behind that is that all of the elements in a room – including the functional ones – must seamlessly merge together, without drawing too much attention. Though you do of course need switches and sockets in a room, these particular ones don't stand out – they blend completely into the interior of the room itself. As such, you're not only creating visual calmness, but you're also making sure that the focus remains on the room as a whole,”
