New Detectors (2022) - General information - If I do not know the PIN code from a sensor, how can I connect to it?

The first 2 minutes after the sensor has been connected to power, it will be possible to connect to the sensor without a PIN code. During this time, it’s also possible to change the existing PIN code.

Alternatively, Customer Service can be contacted, where the MAC address can be provided, to obtain the PIN code.

If the sensor has been created via your own account, you have the option to find the PIN code through the Detector Tool Portal.
