Program a routine

You can program a routine like a 'basic all-off' routine, allowing you to switch off all lighting with one press of a control button (or using the app) whenever you leave the home, for example.

Note: You can also program other routines similarly, for example, an alert mode. To do so, use the instructions found later on for this specific button. For the other routines follow the instructions in the app. More information about routines can be found in the eco system.

Navigate using the menu (≡) to Settings and click on Routines

Select 'basic all-off' from the list with routines.

Click on create 'basic all-off'.

Select the room in which you wish to create the routine or add a new room.

Give this routine a name, adapt the icon if necessary and click on Continue.

Tip: Give the routine a clear and appropriate name. After all, you can program several 'basic all-off' routines.

Example: Besides a routine for leaving the house, you can also create a routine to switch off all lighting (except for your reading light) when you go to bed.

You can now choose a switch with which to command this 'basic all-off' routine . Choose the button on the wireless switch that is still available.

If necessary, select any other lamps that should still be left on once you have activated the 'all-off' routine.

Select the devices that must switch off when you activate the 'basic all-off' routine . Then click on Continue.

Your 'basic all-off'' routine has now been created. Click on Ready to send this setting to the wireless smart hub.

This may take a few minutes.

You can now program another routine for the last button, such as an alert mode with which you switch your lighting or devices on and off at a set rhythm. That way you can alert the neighbours or scare off any burglars.

Navigate using the menu (≡) to Settings and click on Routines.

Select alert mode from the list of routines.

Click on create alert mode.

Select the room in which you wish to create the routine or add a new room. .

Give this routine a name, adapt the icon if necessary and click on Continue.

You can now choose a switch with which to command this 'alert mode' . Choose the button on the wireless switch that is still available.

If necessary, select any other lamps that should still be left on once you have activated the alert mode.

 

 

Example: You can leave the lighting in your bedroom switched on continuously.

Select the lamps that must flash once you switch on the alert mode . Then click on Continue.

Then select any other devices that should be switched on and off during the alert mode

Example: You can set the sun blinds or roll-down shutters to go up and down or set music to go on and off.

Your alert mode has now been created. Click on Ready to send this setting to the wireless smart hub.

This may take a few minutes.

Tip: To avoid switching on the alert mode by accident, you can set that the button of the wireless switch must be held down for longer in order to activate this routine.

Navigate using the menu (≡) to Settings and click on Devices.

Select Switches in the list of devices.

Select the wireless switch from the list of existing switches.

Click on To be used 4 times and select the button which you have used to programme the alert mode .

Under Control method select the option press and hold. If necessary, adapt the time if you only wish the alert mode to be switched on after pressing the button for longer than 1 second. Click on Finished and finally on the cross top right.

 

Your settings are sent to the wireless smart hub. This may take a few minutes .

You can now (also) activate the routine in the app.
