Wireless smart hub
The wireless smart hub is the brain of the Niko Home Control installation for traditional cabling. The smart hub controls the connected Zigbee® devices that you can programme with the help of the Niko Home app.
The smart hub communicates via internet with the Niko Home app. The smart hub and your smartphone (on which the app is installed) must therefore both be connected with the internet in order to get access through the app to the Niko Home Control installation. Connect the smart hub with your internet network using a UTP cable, in order to guarantee a stable connection.
The smart hub communicates via Zigbee® or Easywave with the connected products.
The smart hub can also receive information from your digital meter via the connection with the P1 cable. Then you can consult your energy consumption.
