Four areas with daylight control in two zones

Principle for lighting control in four areas in an open-plan office. If someone is present, the daylight control normally provides a 50% lighting level in adjacent areas if nobody is presence. Override with 230V push-button.

Functionalities

Installation in an open-plan office with four areas, each with two zones for daylight control. All luminaires are equipped with DALI-2 drivers designed for dimming. Lighting control in all areas and is interconnected through wireless 2-way Bluetooth communication. If someone is present, the daylight control normally provides a 50% lighting level in the adjacent area if nobody is presence.

The lighting can either turn on automatically at presence or manually by operating the 230 V push-button. The light will switch off after a set time after the room has been left.

Daylight control can be overridden via 230 V push-button.

The solution enables wireless communication between the detector and wireless battery-free push-buttons, thus wiring to pushbuttons in e.g. glass walls or partition walls is not necessary.

Change of the colour temperature can be added to dimmable zones, manually change, presets or automatically (HCL), DALI-2 DT8 luminaries are required.
