As of June 30th, 2024, we will be discontinuing our online service for Niko Connected Switch and the Niko Connected Switch app. We understand that this change may impact your experience as a Connected Switch user, which is why we want to ensure transparency by providing you with all the necessary details in this message.
What will change for you after June 30th, 2024
- Manual actions, such as controlling your lights, smart sockets and window blinds through switches, buttons, or RF controls, will remain fully functional.
- You will no longer be able to control your devices remotely via the Niko Connected Switch app. Unfortunately that means that features such as time schedules, push notifications and alerts will no longer be functional either.
We are very much aware of the impact of this decision on you as a customer and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have made the difficult decision to cease the operation of our online service to focus on future developments for our Niko Home Control portfolio, a series of solutions that offer future proof smart control of all systems in the home.
