Plug-in terminals - Which LED lighting element should I choose for my switches and push buttons?

The LED lighting element should be chosen according to your type of switch or push button. For example, there are the LED lighting elements which are fitted with wire connections and which can be used for any type of switch or push button, with both screw and plug-in connections. It doesn't matter whether it is flush-mounting switching material or Niko Hydro mechanisms. In addition, there are the LED lighting elements with automatic connection (direct contact by simple click system) which are specific, and therefore different, for the switches with screw terminals and the switches with plug-in terminals. Moreover, the LED lighting elements with automatic connection for switches with plug-in terminals are not suitable for Niko Hydro mechanisms.

The LED lighting element with automatic connection has a signalling function with a single-pole switch, two-way or intermediate switch, a NO push button or a 2x NO or NG push button. This LED lighting element has a control function in combination with a two-pole switch.

With flush-mounting switching material, you can easily choose the LED lighting element with automatic connection, which can easily be clicked onto the base. These elements are available for both screw terminals and plug-in terminals. For Niko Hydro, you need to check the type of connection terminal. Did you choose screw terminals? Then you can go for automatic connections. Did you choose plug-in terminals? Then just choose a LED lighting element. The LED lighting element with automatic connection will not fit in the Niko Hydro surface-mounting or flush-mounting box.
