Niko Home Control - How do I measure my water consumption via Niko Home Control?

The installer Adds a pulse output to the water meter. Depending on the type of pipe used, different types of water meters are available from the wholesale supplier:

  • WFK24.D110: mechanical cold water meter (max. 30°C) with pulse output 3/4" 1.5 m³/h 110 mm 5340
  • WFW24.D110: mechanical hot water meter (max. 90°C) with pulse output 3/4" 1.5 m³/h 110 mm 5340
  • WFK14.E130: mechanical hot water meter (max. 30°C) with pulse output 4/4" 2.5 m³/h 130 mm 5340
  • WFW14.E130: mechanical hot water meter (max. 90°C) with pulse output 4/4" 2.5 m³/h 130 mm 5340

Next the installer connects the pulse output to the Niko Home Control pulse counter. He also enters the scale factor and the unit of measurement of the pulses into the programming software (e.g. 1 pulse = 10 litres).
