Upgrade from Niko Home Control I to Niko Home Control II - Who should I contact in the event of a defect after this upgrade?
In the unlikely event that you encounter any problems as a result of the conversion procedure (within 2 weeks from conversion), please feel free to contact Niko at conversion.be@niko.eu. In the event of a different problem, please contact your installer as normal, who will be glad to help you further with this.
