Niko Home Control II - Occcasionally, I don't receive any calls from my external video unit on my Niko Home Control II app. I do, however, receive them on my touchscreen.

When using the Niko Home Control II app for access control functions, you may not receive some or all calls on your smartphone.

This is caused by an unstable connection between the app and the cloud platform. There is no security issue. The only consequence is an unstable connection with your smartphone at random intervals.

We are currently working on a sustainable solution to guarantee a connection to the cloud platform at all times.
