I am enrolled in a training course but cannot attend. What should I do?
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you cannot attend a training course for which you have already enrolled, we request that you notify us explicitly as soon as possible. Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the day of the course. We will then propose a new course date, or you will receive the enrolment fee paid back in full. If you have enrolled but do not attend the course, the entire enrolment fee will be charged.
