Tony (35) and Katrien's (28) newly-built home combines the presbytery style with contemporary accents and comfort. Niko Home Control was the obvious choice for the couple: "We think it's absurd that you wouldn't choose home automation these days.”
Tony and Katrien built their spot for the future in 2014, opposite the Kapellen play forest. “With three children's rooms, space for a dance studio and a pool room, we thought of everything", Tony grins. “When we bought the land, we first wanted to wait a few years. But that quickly changed. Why not just start straightaway and build future-proof?”
As an IT specialist, Tony appreciates as many things as possible to work by themselves. Also at home. “Isn't it handy when you don't need to press the same buttons ten times a day?” Katrien laughs: “I have a lazy husband. No, not really, I also like comfort. When I go to bed, I switch off all the lighting downstairs with one press of the button. The lights in the hallway and the bathroom automatically switch on. Or I can choose from the six other moods we have programmed. If we want to make it nice and cosy, all the mood lighting in the living room can be switched on with one click, for example.”
"Er det ikke bare praktisk, at man slipper for at trykke på de samme knapper ti gange om dagen?"
